Typically, The first appointment for medication management last one hour with follow-up visits lasting 30 minutes. In most cases, this gives providers ample time to get to know you and your values. Together, your provider will work with you to create a treatment approach that is personalized to your needs and values. Please feel empowered to express to your provider which treatment approaches are most appealing to you.

Our providers are highly trained in a wide variety of treatment approaches including medication management, lifestyle change, and holistic approaches, a wide variety of therapy modalities, and cutting-edge treatments like Ketamine and Spravato therapy (proven to be highly effective treatments for treatment-resistant depression, treatment-resistant anxiety, and suicidal thoughts)

As part of your first appointment, you will receive a comprehensive mental health evaluation so that the most effective treatments can be identified and discussed.

Therapeutic techniques will be incorporated into every visit. Our providers have a deep understanding of therapeutic approaches and it is in their scope of practice to conduct therapy with patients. However, in some cases our providers will refer patients to another therapist in an effort to provide patients with the highest quality care available.
