Casey Moser is a Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping individuals heal from developmental and relational trauma. As a lifelong Utahn, Casey understands the culture, family dynamics, and community pressures that often shape her clients’ experiences — a perspective that helps her offer grounded, culturally attuned care.

Casey earned her Master of Social Work from Grand Canyon University after completing her Bachelor of Social Work at Utah Valley University, graduating with honors in both programs. She has spent the past several years providing individual therapy at Bridled Mind Therapy, where she worked with teens, adults, and families using trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.

Her therapeutic style is warm, relational, and deeply attuned. Casey works collaboratively with clients to explore their stories, understand the patterns that have helped them survive, and grow their capacity for emotional safety, connection, and self-compassion. She draws from attachment theory, nervous system awareness, and relational models of healing to support clients in developing healthier, more authentic ways of relating to themselves and others.

Casey is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced developmental or attachment-based trauma and who are seeking deeper healing, more fulfilling relationships, and a stronger sense of self. She also welcomes children and teens who need a supportive space to process emotions, build confidence, or navigate transitions.

Outside of her professional life, Casey enjoys time with her family, creative projects, and exploring personal growth. She values connection, authenticity, and curiosity — qualities that guide her work as a therapist.
