Brynn Bennett Menchi

Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern

Brynn Bennett Menchi is in the second year of her Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Utah Valley University. She is passionate about helping others achieve meaningful change through a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and other therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Brynn firmly believes that mental health care must be as diverse as the people it serves. She values multicultural competence and strives to provide culturally responsive, inclusive care that recognizes and respects each client’s background, identity, values, and experiences. She believes in meeting clients where they are in their journey by building a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where clients can feel seen, heard, and valued.

Brynn is committed to helping clients work toward their goals and develop the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. By building healthy coping skills and working toward personal values, she aims to empower clients to develop greater confidence and self-reliance both within and beyond therapy. She is excited for the opportunity to work with you and believes that beginning therapy is an important first step toward meaningful progress.
