Tessa is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with honors from the University of Utah. She brings experience from outpatient, residential, and substance use recovery settings, along with a nursing background in inpatient psychiatry, oncology, and hospice care.

Tessa provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy, drawing on CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches. She is certified in TMS (NeuroStar and BrainsWay) and has experience with ketamine and Spravato treatment for patients who haven’t found relief with traditional options.

Patients describe Tessa as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. She believes good care starts with feeling heard, and she works collaboratively with each patient to build a plan that fits their life.

Outside the clinic, Tessa loves spending time with her husband, getting outdoors, and hanging out with their backyard chickens.

Accepts patients between the ages of 6-65.
