Denise received her Masters of Social Work from Utah Valley University. She has experience working with children and adults, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is trained in TR-CBT.

Denise enjoys using art in therapy, and she loves helping people recognize their personal strengths and supports, especially when life is overwhelming and it is harder to remember that we are resilient and worth every effort.
