Denise received her Masters of Social Work from Utah Valley University. She has experience working with children and adults, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She is trained in TR-CBT.

Denise enjoys using art in therapy, and is passionate about helping individuals recognize their personal strengths and support systems—especially during overwhelming seasons, when resilience can feel distant and self-worth is harder to see.
