Meet Lena Fleming, a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a wealth of experience and a heart for helping others. Lena is a proud graduate of Brigham Young University and Grand Canyon University. With over 33 years of marriage to her high school sweetheart, Lena understands the importance of nurturing relationships and supporting others through life’s challenges. Lena has personal family life experience with adoption, infertility, ADHD, and autism.

Originally from Arizona, Lena has made Utah her home, where she has raised her children and now enjoys spending time with her adorable grandchildren. When she’s not in the office, Lena can be found indulging her passions for gardening, hiking, reading, and cooking.

Lena believes in the importance of finding balance in life and values the many benefits of individual therapy. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Lena looks forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey towards mental and emotional wellbeing.
