Talise Dow is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.  She started her nursing career in 2016 at Southwest Colorado Community College and worked for six years as a registered nurse at Mercy Regional Medical Center and at a tribal health clinic in Durango, Colorado. She then went on to receive a Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University in 2023.

Her training and experience in rural areas ignited a passion to provide access to comprehensive mental health care across regions with historically limited resources. Talise is passionate about providing quality and compassionate mental health services by taking a mind, body, and spirit approach. She utilizes evidence-based practices, personal observation, and clinical expertise to create unique treatment plans tailored to each individual's personal needs and motivations.

In her free time, Talise can be found enjoying nature through hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and skiing with her family.
